In this WFH era(also study at home) we have been more than dependent on our gadgets than ever before be it attending zoom calls,submitting HW,watching live events or movies.we spend hours and hours on this as this is completely essential for us to do.But the one thing we have not worried about is the eyes which undergo this constant pressure in watching the screen .Today I am going to help you protect your eyes with this simple windows 10 trick.

How to turn on Night Light From Action Centre

Press the notification centre icon on the bottom right of your screen

Click on the Night Light Toggle as shown


How to turn on Night Light From settings

 


Type Night Light in Search Bar


Click on Night Light icon


Turn on the toggle for the night light


How to adjust strength of Night Light

Go to the Night Light settings Page



Use the slider to adjust strength .My recommendation is to go for 55


How to schedule Night Light 



Click on the  Schedule Night Light Toggle below strength



How to schedule Automatically on preset hours


Click on the set hours toggle in the schedule night light option


How to schedule Night light based on sunrise and sunset


Click on the Sunset to Sunrise toggle under schedule night light option


NOTE:In order for this option to work,you should enable location service in the settings or else it won't work.
